China student exchange program '13

HELLOO today I shall post about my exchange buddy experience!

SO,

Let me introduce to you my student buddy from China, Jiayu (aka Faith)! <3<3

She's really the SHY-est & cutest girl I have ever met! When we first met at the General Office, she didn't even dared to look straight into my eyes when we're talking & was always following right behind my back HAHA. But after the constant crap talking of me & Woeiting, she started to open up and kinda relax! Oh, & I was so glad that Woeiting's budd & Faith are friends such that both of them can really chat or play with one another to relieve the boredom of lectures/tutorials. 

                      

And about langauge & communication stuff, I REALLY COULDN'T TELL HER WHAT I REALLY WANTED TO SAY cause my chinese vocab is so so so so sooooo limited urghhh!! So the whole time I was like stuggling with the annoying Chinese words AND SO, some of my classmates became translators for the day hahaa THANKS PEEPS. :>

HAHAHA I suddenly remembered that on her first day here she actually wore a mini skater kind of skirt & because of the strong wind/fans, her skirt kept 'flying around' HAHAHAHAHA IT WAS SO EPIC she was like trying to hold down her skirt and stuff LOL and then it looked she was pretending to be Marilyn Monroe with her signature pose HAHAA SO CUTE.

HEHEE~ ANDANDAND do you know she's damnnn smart?!!?!?! Mr Tan was giving the class a freakin challenging Physics question to solve & while the whole class was racking our brains, she suddenly whispered to me 'wo da dao le!', which actually means 'I solved it'.. AND I WAS LOOKING AT HER LIKE WTF?!?!?!!?!?!? even Mr Tan was shocked man hahaa. Is she some kind of genius?! I mean like in her school, she takes all her sciences in Chinese & now she can solve it when it's all in chimology English! WOAHHHH *claps claps* My Chinese teacher was so right, that NingBo school is really an elite school (Y) PLUS PLUS PLUS DID I MENTION SHE'S YOUNGER THAN ME?!! which explains my shocked reaction.. HAISH ---demoralising moment--- HAHAHAHH.

& so we spent the days chatting, laughing, listening to Woeiting's funny Chinese, blaming Liling for everything for fun and laughter, calling Travis a mermaid, taking forever to decide on what to eat for lunch, stoning, talking about life, talking bout hot guys.. LOL IT WAS ALL FILLED WITH FUN & EXCITEMENT & LAUGHTER!

However, all good things have to come to an end. After a short 3 days, WE HAD TO BID FAREWELL.

On the last day, we exchanged gifts and took polariod pictures! I was super troubled about the gifts part cause I didn't know what to buy for le budd!! But in the end Woeiting suggested to buy them our school's pe shirt & I thought that was rather meaningful & memorable AND SO IT WAS DECIDED! Gave her a little card too AND SHE ALSO GAVE ME ONE!! I was so touched :') <3 and the thing is she wasn't THAT good in English but she tried writing her messages in English awwwww! :')

Gave Faith a long long huggg before she leaves CAUSE I'M SO GONNA MISS HER NOOOOO~ 

I'm not really good in reflecting on things cause I'm totally not a good writer AND I know this is damn brief and all.. BUTTT I guess this sums up my experience on the China student exchange program! It was a really good opportunity & it was damn fun showing them around school and exchanging info about each other's cultures and lifestyles and such! REALLY ALLOWED ME TO LEARN MANY MANY NEW THINGS!

So gonna sign up for this kind of stuff again HAHAHA. 

 Oh and in case you're wondering, the China budds stayed at hostels and not at our houses, WASTED!! D: && I won't be 'exchanging' to China or anything, it's a one way thing I think? Don't know why it's called an 'exchange' program HAHAA. Maybe another group of students will be going? I DON'T KNOW~ HEHE.

EXCITED!!

So tmr's Mondayy, & I know most of you would be feeling like this..

HAHAHAHA. With all the waking up early & hw that has to be rushed, that's what I would feel every other Sundays.. that is except for todayy! YAYY! That's cause a group of exchange students from China will be coming to YJ andandanddd I'M GONNA BE ONE OF THEIR BUDDIES WOOOOOOO~ it's gonna be so damn fun!!

Me and the derp Woeiting decided to volunteer for this exchange program during Chinese lesson cause it sounds super interesting! I mean its like our first time and all. HAHAHAHAA recently we have been volunteering for ALOT ALOT of random and wierd events! cause it's these crazy ideas that make life interesting don't they? ;) Anyway JC life is kinda boring.. plus I thought that teachers might be more 'merciful' since there are guests in class (I hope) hehee~ maybe I would be able to get away from not doing my homework.. muahahahah OKAY MAYBE NOT. 

Anyways, i was hesistating bout taking part in this cause as many of you know, my chinese is really not very good, SO I PRAY THAT MY BUDD KNOWS HOW TO SPEAK IN ENGLISH. Butbut my Chinese cher assured me that the students are from a very renowned school in China called Ningbo smth smth & that the people there are very 'atas' & smart onee SO DON'T PLAY PLAY HORH.

 HAHAA. 

Being the ever-so-free Mabel Shu, I went to research research abit and this school is really damn chioooo can!! :')

WOAHHHHHH won't it be great studying here?! 

HAHAHAA nonetheless, I hope that my budd's a friendly & nice person! I was told her name but I kinda forgotten it already :3 AND MY CHINESE CHER CHEATED MY FEELINGS!! She said she'll assign to me a shuaige.. (which I know its not possible la LOLL) </3

HAHAH I'll be posting about this when it all ends! So yeshh wish me goodluck okay!!

PS. I watched Pacific Rim today & it is a damn cool movie so go watch it peeps!! You won't regret it!!  

Tired Mabel is tired

Heyllo peepos! How's life! 

MINE'S CURRENTLY SUPER beat/ bored/ broken-down/ burned out/ consumed/ distressed/ enervated/ flagging/ haggard/ irritated/wasted/ worn out/ spent/ stale. HAHAHAHA I ACTUALLY JUST THESAURUS-ED 'TIRED' LOL don't even know if they make sense but the point is I'M BASICALLY DAMN TIRED RIGHT NOW, for these past few days. 

I'll just find myself dozing off during classes that seemed like THEY GO ON FOREVER. Ohgoshhh. 

Maybe it's because I sleep too late? :3 that's cause I can't sleep early cause I always feel more energetic at night okay! OR MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE I CAN'T BE LATE FOR SCHOOL NOWADAYS.

Fyi, I've been a VVIP regular late-coming customer & my teachers have been warning me so so many times.. though they don't really help me wanna be punctual hahaa.

I MEAN, WHO WANTS TO REACH SCHOOL ON TIME WHEN YOU ARE NOT EVEN PUNISHED FOR BEING LATE FOR SCHOOL?! 

Might as well take your time walking to school with a cup of cool iced Milo right!!

So yes, i was late a number of times..
my parents were called up a few times..

I was lectured a few times..

BUT

Now it suddenly just seem super serious O:< like my CT was telling me bout how it affects my conduct grade & everything & how it can prevent me from being promoted to J2!! O:< or is he just scaring me. LOL BUT NEVERTHELESS, I MUST PROMOTE MAN.

MUAHAHAHAA I know it's still a long way to go BUT I JUST CAN'T WAIT YOU KNOW.

Being an OGL just seemed tooooo fun. It's probably going to be the more exciting part of JC life! With all the school work and stuff, it's already so frustrating and boring.. so why not make it more interesting!!!

So, I can't even wait for 4 months & you wanna make me wait for 16 months (if i were to retain LOL) ?! No wayyyy. SO YEAH, I guess it makes me wanna be LESS late.. (& also partly because I wouldn't know how to face my CT hehhe~). AND CAUSE OF THIS, I have to wake up like wayyy earlier than my usual wake up late time hahaa. I NEED MORE SLEEP MAN. SIGHS. OHWELLS. But in the end, I think results are more important.. So yesh...

I really don't know how to continue this story HAHAHAA.

I actually wanted to share my interesting weekend I spent but I don't know why I started rambling on about the late coming issue LOL.

OKAYOKAY so I shall just post a few pictures I took during the weekends!

SATURDAY I went to USS with le relatives heheeee it was SUPA FUN!

Everytime we go to the USS, my cousins & I would always buy the exact same USS shirts! This time we bought da COOKIE MONSTER one!

BUT THE THING IS, when the whole vid was completed until SO nicely, everything just went CRAZY and then the whole vid got lost.. I totally got into mad woman rage mode at that time man!! ALL MY HARD WORK..

HAISH so in the end I got over it & on the next day, WE ALL WENT FOR A BUFFET DINNER @ Shangri-La hotel!! YAYYY!!!

 The food there is daaaaaaaaaaamn awesome I ate like there was no tmr man. & the best thing was, that friggin place was filled with HOT GUYS. YES HOT GUYS. My fav. HAHAHAHAHAHAH damn I sound like some pervert but still.. Eating nice food while looking at hot guys is like heaven!!! HAHAAA no joke. But sadly, once again, the insta-vid that I filmed at the buffet got lost again.. IS THERE LIKE SMTH WRONG WITH MY INSTA?!?!?!? WTS. So no pics/vid ): hmph..

AND AND ANDDDD it's like 2am & I should probably just pat myself to sleep now right hahaaa GOODBYES.

HEYY GUYS!!!! 

So the good news... I AM DONE & OVER WITH CHINESE ORAL. YES. OMG. No more chinese oral for the rest of my life muahahahaha~ This feeling too damnnn shiok man! Was prepared to just stone at the oral examiners just now BUT, for my 'primary school Chinese standard' , it was surprisingly kinda MANAGEABLE.. not that I can get a B or what but maybe a subpass? :3 hehee! 

Okay so after that I was on a HELL YEAH mode so I chatted hyper-ly with le friends ( & to also drag time to skip CCA :> ). Its always so fun spending time with them!

Ohya, I also found out that A FRIENDSHIP BLOSSOMED INTO ROMANCE IN MY OG <3<3 & A COUPLE WAS BORN WOOOOOOHOOOOO was super shocked by the news but congratz to both of them!! <3

& MOVING ON!

I went to have dinner with my sec school bestie HoWeiJia at her workplace in BANGKOK JAM yesterday night. & I tell you, having friends who work in restaurants is da best thing everr cause you'll get super UPSIZED meals & with staff discounts WAHAHAHAAHA. pluss, THEIR FOOD IS AWESOMELY DELICIOUS. Their tom yam soup tastes soooo HEAVENLY. This is why I love thai food mann, cause I LOVE SPICY FOOD. That explains why I have so many pimples.. D: ohwells, they're still yummyy!!

But in the end, Weijia's red-haired shuai-honey-pumpkin-baby boypren insisted to pay the bill instead.. I felt SO BAD cause we both ordered ALOT. HAHA BUT THANKS JIA'S BF!! :> & after that both of us shopped shopped abit and

TADAAA IT'S THE END OF THE DAY.

& also the end of this post HAHAA. 

Shall go blogshopping now yesssss super excited!! Have been buying lots of stuffs these days.. cause I JUST CAN'T HELP IT.. hehe okayys goodbye! Goodluck for those taking their oral soon! :)
